Ingredients
- 2 cans 850 grams fruit cocktail
- 2 cans heavy cream (15 oz total)
- 1 can condensed milk
- 1 bottle each kaong and nata de coco
- cherries, grapes, apples (optional)
Method
- Using a strainer, remove all the liquid of your fruit cocktail, nata de coco and kaong – separately. It is important that no liquid remains in the mix.
- Mix all your fruits in a large bowl. Add in your milk and your cream. Using a spatula, make sure everything is evenly mixed so you get the cream sauce all over all the ingredients.
- Plate in your desired serving bowl and cover, refrigerate until time to serve. I like to keep it overnight but if not a few hours will do.
