Pinoy Fruit Salad

Feb 27, 2026 | Quick & Easy, Recipes | 0 comments

Ingredients

  • 2 cans 850 grams fruit cocktail
  • 2 cans heavy cream (15 oz total)
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 bottle each kaong and nata de coco
  • cherries, grapes, apples (optional)

Method

  1. Using a strainer, remove all the liquid of your fruit cocktail, nata de coco and kaong – separately. It is important that no liquid remains in the mix.
  2. Mix all your fruits in a large bowl. Add in your milk and your cream. Using a spatula, make sure everything is evenly mixed so you get the cream sauce all over all the ingredients.
  3. Plate in your desired serving bowl and cover, refrigerate until time to serve. I like to keep it overnight but if not a few hours will do.
