Ingredients
- 1 200g Sliced Honey-cured Bacon
- Mozzarella cheese cut into ½ inch cube
- 1 pack Lumpia wrapper
- toothpicks
- Oil for frying
Method
- Cut the mozzarella cheese into cubes.
- Place the cut cheese inside lumpia wrapper then wrap it tightly.
- Get a slice of bacon and wrap each piece. Secure the sides using a toothpick.
- In a frying pan, heat oil and fry pieces in batches. Do not overcrowd the pan to avoid the temperature from going down. Fry for 1 to 2 minutes per batch, gradually flipping over the pieces from time to time for even cooking.
- Remove and place them on paper towels to drain the oil.
