Ingredients
- 1 KG Beef (Chuck or Sirloin or Short Ribs) cubed
- 4 white onions, peeled and sliced
- 5 potatoes, quartered
- 2 carrots, cut in chunks
- 2 red bell peppers , in thick strips
- 2 beef cubes
- 5 bay leaves
- ¼ cup vinegar
- 2 cups tomato sauce
- salt & pepper for flavor
Method
- Combine the beef, tomato sauce, bay leaves, beef cubes and water.
- When it boils, cover the pot and lower the heat. Allow to simmer until the beef becomes tender.
- Add in the vinegar and simmer again for a few more minutes.
- Add the potatoes, onions, carrots, and bell pepper. Let it simmer until the carrots and potatoes become tender. Do not forget to stir from time to time to evenly thicken the sauce.
- Serve in a bowl.
