Baked Bangus

Ingredients

  • 2 pcs Boneless Bangus
  • 2 pcs onions, diced
  • 3 pcs tomatoes, diced
  • 2 pcs green bell pepper diced
  • Patis (Fish sauce) and ground black pepper to
  • taste

Dipping Sauce

  • ¼ cup cane vinegar
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • chopped onion
  • red sili or dumang
  • chopped garlic

Method

  1. Mix all the ingredients for the dipping sauce until they are blended well. Set aside.
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees c.
  3. Lay the bangus flat on a baking pan with the skin side down. Distribute patis, pepper, onions, tomatoes, and green bell pepper evenly.
  4. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes until bangus is cook.
