Ingredients
- 2 pcs Boneless Bangus
- 2 pcs onions, diced
- 3 pcs tomatoes, diced
- 2 pcs green bell pepper diced
- Patis (Fish sauce) and ground black pepper to
- taste
Dipping Sauce
- ¼ cup cane vinegar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- chopped onion
- red sili or dumang
- chopped garlic
Method
- Mix all the ingredients for the dipping sauce until they are blended well. Set aside.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees c.
- Lay the bangus flat on a baking pan with the skin side down. Distribute patis, pepper, onions, tomatoes, and green bell pepper evenly.
- Bake for 20 to 30 minutes until bangus is cook.
